Various categories of rooms have been secured at a variety of hotels in New Delhi with special pre-negotiated rates. As there is a heavy demand for hotel rooms in the city in February, participants are strongly advised to book their hotel accommodation at the earliest to ensure confirmation at the preferred hotel.

All hotel reservations should reach the Professional Conference Organiser (KW Conferences Pvt Ltd.) before 15 December 2006. Tariffs and terms and conditions are detailed in the table below.

The venue for INFACON XI, this luxury hotel is located 15 kms from the international airport and 12 kms from the domestic airport. Three categories of rooms here have been blocked for INFACON XI delegates.
