INFACON XI EXHIBITION

Exhibiting at INFACON XI is an excellent opportunity to be recognised, distribute your Company's information and network with global participants from all areas of the Industry, its suppliers and its customers.

The INFACON XI exhibition will be located in the Mumtaz Mahal Hall, Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi, and will run in parallel with the technical sessions of the Congress, from 19-21 February 2007.

Cancellation charges

Cancellations must be received at KW Conferences Pvt. Ltd. by e-mail/fax/letter 
50% refund for cancellations made before 31st December 2006
No refund will be made for cancellation from 1st January 2007
Service tax and other taxes levied will be deducted from the refundable amount

• Built-up standard booth 3m x 2m

• Includes fascia, 2 chairs, 1 counter, 2 spotlights, 1 plug point, 1 waste paper basket

• Additional furniture items available on rental

• Free listing of exhibitor's name, booth number and products in the Congress souvenir

• Free Exhibitor badges-2 per booth

Exhibition space will be assigned on application. In case the requested location is not available, the Secretariat will assign space as close as possible to your preferred location.
