HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Terms and Conditions

• Hotel rooms are secured at a special tariff for INFACON XI participants

• The tariffs mentioned are valid only from 17-21 February 2007 and for bookings made through the Congress Travel Agent.

• The currently applicable Government Luxury Tax on rooms in Delhi is 12.5% plus VAT on Rack Rates. This is subject to change without prior notice.

• The official Check in and Check out time at the hotels is 12:00 hrs. Early arrival before 10 AM or late departure beyond 2 PM will be charged as one nights stay.

• All transfers from the International/ Domestic Airport to the Conference hotels would be provided as per flight arrivals for each hotel.

• Participant should ensure that their passports, travel documents and visas are valid for travel.

• Booking for the dates outside the secured room block dates, prior to 17 and after 21 February, would be charged at the prevailing hotel rates for those dates.

Hotel Payment Terms

• The hotel reservation form should be mailed/faxed to the Professional Conference Organiser not later than 15th December 2006

• All Hotel Reservation Forms should be accompanied by full payment either through Credit Card or Wire Transfer on or before 15th December 2006. All reservations will be confirmed subject to receipt of payment after verification 
  and clearance with the bank/ card company.

• After 15th December, the payment becomes non-refundable.

• For payment through Wire Transfer, bank charges should be borne by the participants.

• All unreserved hotel rooms will be released on 16th December 2006 and any request thereafter is subject to availability and at the then prevailing rate.
