CONGRESS OBJECTIVES

Following the tradition established by previous Congress the Eleventh International Ferro Alloys Congress (INFACON XI) is expected to provide a forum for exchange of knowledge and new experiences in Ferro alloy production, applications and markets.

The technical programme and refereed proceedings (to be published as bound copies and searchable compact disks) aim to provide an authoritative summary of emerging production technologies, and the current status of the management, operation and advanced control of Ferro Alloy production, in more productive, energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly facilities, as well as the status of ongoing development for the Ferro Alloy applications and markets.

The Indian Ferro Alloy Producers’ Association will also organize plant visits and Sight-Seeing to places of historical importance on 22nd and 23rd February 2007.
